Umbrella organisation formed by the partnership of BTCV Richmond, the Environment Trust for Richmond Upon Thames and the Thames Landscape Strategy Membership organisation supporting youth groups – also runs Youth Café bus, Detached Drug awareness project and Off the Record Counselling for Young People Partnership between Richmond Mencap and Richmond Homes for Life providing services for people with Learning Disability Partner with Richmond Crossroads Caring for Carers – the Carers Centre provides help and support for carers. Partner with Richmond Carers Centre – Richmond Crossroads Caring for Carers provides respite and palliative care. Richmond Citizens Advice Bureaux - leads on advice and advocacy issues in the borough of Richmond Upon Thames Age Concern Richmond - works with a wide range of organisations involved with older people, and leads on behalf of the sector when required. We also have a KSO Network of local groups that we facilitate and support. Organises cycling in Bushy Park for disabled people Middlesex Association for the Blind –services for blind people MS Society Richmond - Information and support for those living with Multiple Sclerosis Offers people with disabilities and frail older people the opportunity to enjoy the visual arts every month Richmond & Kingston Accessible Transport - affordable transport for voluntary and community groups Otakar Kraus Music Trust – music and voice therapy for children and young people with physical and mental disabilities www.richmondbackpaingroup.org.uk (website currently not active) Aims to alleviate back pain and reduce incidence of back pain Positively Healthy – the world’s longest-established and UK’s only gay men’s holistic HIV/AIDS charity and the only HIV/AIDS charity 100% managed and operated by its volunteers and service-users. Support for people using Direct Payments provided by Richmond Users Independent Living Scheme VISOR – the Visually Impaired Society of Richmond. Campaigns, advice and social events. INS – Integrated Neurological Services providing long-term rehabilitation and support for people with neurological conditions. Three Wings Trust (formally Project for Children with Special Needs) – Information, Support and Services.
